Serenia Living, Palm Jumeirah is an ultra-luxury beachfront development by Palma Development, comprising 4 residential buildings and 226 residences. The mix includes 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom apartments, half- and full-floor penthouses, and exclusive Sky Mansions.

The project was launched in 2022 with an initial development value of AED 3 billion and, upon completion in February 2026, its value had increased to more than AED 6 billion.

We managed the natural stone finishing package by supplying and installing different types of natural marble on flooring, bathroom vanities and walls, reception lobbies, facade, and other decorative stone works. The project execution took over 3 years and was handed over in 2026.

Address Creek Harbour is a landmark five-star luxury hotel and serviced-apartment development by Emaar, set against the waterfront of Dubai Creek Harbour. The development comprises two distinguished high-rise towers — a residential tower and a luxury hotel tower featuring 223 elegantly appointed rooms, reflecting the project's commitment to refined hospitality and contemporary waterfront living.

Over a three-year project execution period, we managed the complete stonework scope from end to end, encompassing stone sourcing, quarry selection and inspection, international shipping and logistics, detailed shop drawings, fabrication, delivery, and on-site installation. Every stage was meticulously coordinated in accordance with the architect's vision and the client's design requirements, ensuring exceptional quality, precision, and consistency throughout the development.

A defining feature of the project's luxurious interiors was the use of White Volakas Greek marble across all bathrooms. The marble was carefully sourced and personally inspected in Greece in collaboration with the client's architect and project team, ensuring that the selected material met the highest standards of quality, veining, character, and aesthetic continuity envisioned for the project.

Vida Creek Harbour is a contemporary upscale lifestyle hotel developed by Emaar Hospitality Group, located within the vibrant Dubai Creek Harbour waterfront development. The hotel comprises 286 guest rooms and suites, offering modern interiors, marina and city views, and a range of hospitality, dining, wellness and public facilities.

We supplied and installed Calacatta-finish engineered stone in the guest-room showers, providing a realistic marble look with a guaranteed non-porous surface, ideal for wet areas and easy maintenance.

For the lobby and public areas we supplied various stone types and finishes, enhancing the hotel's contemporary design while providing durable, high-quality finishes for high-traffic spaces.

Sway Residences, Dubai Hills Estate is a completed residential development comprising approximately 210 apartments, including studios, 1- and 2-bedroom units. The project was completed around 2021 and features contemporary residential amenities and retail facilities.

We managed, supplied and installed engineered stone and quartz slabs to all apartment kitchens, bathrooms and powder-room vanities.

Tiara United Towers, Business Bay is a landmark mixed-use development by Wasl Properties comprising two 193-metre towers and 849 residential units. Completed in 2021, the development offers luxury 1-4 bedroom apartments and duplexes, complemented by extensive leisure and lifestyle facilities.

We managed, supplied and installed all engineered stone and quartz to the kitchens, bathrooms and powder-room vanities. We also tiled the penthouse flooring and lobbies with unique natural travertine, Italian Serpeggiante marble and other mixed natural stone finishes.

The Australia Pavilion was a 2,568 m² national pavilion developed for the Australian Government at Expo 2020 Dubai. Its design, inspired by the Australian landscape and a cloud-like canopy, was created by bureau^proberts, with Rice Perry Ellis acting as the UAE Architect of Record.

We successfully delivered the complete stonework package for the pavilion using premium Australian marble, selected to showcase Australia's exceptional natural resources and the beauty of its stone.

The project was managed end-to-end, from the logistics and importation of the marble blocks from Australia through to block cutting, slab fabrication, precision polishing, and the production of finished tiles. The development features contemporary residences, landscaped communal spaces, swimming pool, gym and family-oriented amenities.

Aloft by Marriott Dubai Creek is a 4-star, cinema-themed hotel directly connected to City Centre Deira, developed by Majid Al Futtaim in partnership with Marriott/Starwood. The hotel has 304 rooms across a G+14-storey structure.

The Courtyard by Marriott Culture Village is a 4-star hotel located on the Jaddaf Waterfront in Dubai's Culture Village. The project has a built-up area of approximately 17,143 m² and comprises 168 guest rooms, including standard rooms and suites. It was developed for a local investor and is operated under the Marriott International brand.

FIVE Palm Jumeirah, Dubai is a landmark luxury beachfront hotel and residential development comprising 477 hotel rooms and suites, 221 serviced apartments and 6 beachfront villas. The project was completed in 2017. The 89,800 m² development features a distinctive architectural gateway, private beach, swimming pools, restaurants, spa and extensive hospitality facilities.

Our scope at FIVE Palm Jumeirah included the complete marble flooring works for all residential apartments within the South Tower, including marble vanity tops and bathroom wall finishes featuring intricate marble mosaics. We also executed the marble works for all hotel-room bathrooms in the South Tower, delivering high-quality finishes in accordance with the architectural design.

A wide selection of premium marble was sourced and imported from multiple countries, carefully selected for its unique colours, veining and patterns to achieve the architect's distinctive design vision. The result is a highly sophisticated and visually striking finish that contributes to making FIVE Palm Jumeirah one of Dubai's most distinctive luxury hotels.

Serenia Residences, Palm Jumeirah is a luxury beachfront residential development by Palma Holding, comprising 250 apartments and penthouses across three G+9 buildings. Designed by Godwin Austen Johnson (GAJ), with Hazel Wong/WSW Architects involved in the original concept.

We executed the gold leaf decorative works to all soffits across the designated ballrooms, VIP rooms, and suites. The works were carried out with meticulous attention to surface preparation, detailing, application, and finishing, ensuring a seamless and luxurious appearance throughout the spaces.

The gold leaf finishes were carefully executed to complement the architectural character of the interiors, enhancing the grandeur and elegance of each space while maintaining the highest standards of precision, consistency, and workmanship.
